The Midwest Way
Midwest has created a flexible School Partnership Framework that allows each
partnership school to maintain its identity while receiving the appropriate level of
support that is based on the needs of each school. The School Partnership Framework is an adaptable and planned approach to meet the
needs of each partner school through a hybrid agreement. The Framework is an outcomes-based plan of action focusing on discovery, leadership, quality of life, and a nurturing environment; and ensures that partner schools maintain their identity. Hybrid agreements with partner schools may include school operations and compliance, school business and finance, school achievement and success, or complete school management.
